Cancellation of registration
Attending the conference is free of charge. In order for us to be able to plan and reduce food waste, we need to have a possible cancellation before October 8. Cancellations after that date and no-shows at the conference will be charged SEK 1000.
Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. The information we ask for in the registration is the information we need to properly arrange the meeting, logistics, login, payments etc. We will provide relevant information with our partners (travel agency / hotel / venue and industry) with the same purpose.
Neither we nor our partners will share any information with third parties. We may keep your name and email address for future events, but you are always free to reject any invitations. We can not register your information without your approval. By clicking the “I have read and accept the privacy policy” button in our registration forms, you agree that we store your information according to the privacy policy.
